SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but retainers are transferable if one date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is required).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client should arrive 10 minutes early to allow ample time to be ready for session. Photographer is not responsible if Client(s) fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions and session will not be extended or refunded.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Shamra Willis and Candids Photos.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
